Fall Colors!

I was walking across campus today and I saw a tree that was orange. I stopped and smiled to myself because this was the first tree that I have seen change color so far this season. I liked it so much I actually took a picture of it on my phone. Unfortunately, I don't get to see a lot of fall colors here, and it made me realize how much I miss fall. I miss all the beautiful leaves changing in reds, violet, bright orange, yellow! I don't miss raking them though :) So I just thought I'd post some pictures I found online. Enjoy!

Halloween Decorating Fun

My roommate Jess is really good at decorating and put up cobwebs over our apartment. Then she got this great idea to trace us in red masking tape along our apartment. It ended up looking so cool and we took pictures afterward.

True Blue Football

This week at school was homecoming week. There have been tons of activities to do including true blue football. I have never gone before but I really wanted to go, so we all decided to go this year. My roommates and I and some friends of ours left early and it was pooring rain when we went. When we got there, they let some people in, and then right as we got to the front of the line there was lightning and so they held us back until it stopped. We waiting a half hour in the pouring rain and then finally were allowed in. Basically, its called true blue football, but really its just huge tarps laid on a hill and they hold fire fighter hoses with blue foam coming out of them over it. You then put goggles on and slide down the hill and get covered in blue foam. Its like a giant slip and slide and SOOO fun! I would do it again :)
